Pricing Specifics

1. What is employee pricing?

The price Volvo charges its own employees for a vehicle. This value is not available to the general public. Employee pricing may be higher than the true, final cost to the dealer. Factors that may affect the dealer’s actual cost, include but are not limited to, holdback, factory-to-dealer incentives, advertising fees, reserves and other charges, which may vary by vehicle.

2. Once I sign the purchase order, is the purchase final or is there a cooling-off period?

There is no cooling-off period for vehicles purchased during this event.

3. Do I have to pay any dealer fees?

You are responsible for paying the destination charge ($850 nationwide) and the advertising fee. Advertising fees vary by region and are typically between $0 and $500. Documentation fees, acquisition fees and dealer fees allowed by law may apply.

4. When does the promotion begin and end?

The Volvo Limited-Time Offers begins November 2, 2010, and ends January 3, 2011. Please note these dates are subject to change without notice.

Vehicle Shipping and Pick-up

5. What are the shipping charges?

As with any new vehicle, you will be charged the standard destination fee ($850 nationwide).

6. What happens if my vehicle is damaged in the shipping process?

Volvo is responsible for fixing any damages prior to final delivery.

7. Can I factory order a vehicle?

Vehicles may be factory ordered by January 3, 2011. No overseas delivery allowed.

Rebates and Incentives

8. Are all rebates and incentives applicable?

Yes. All rebates and incentives that you are eligible to receive are applicable to your purchase.

Trade-ins, Dealer Trades, Leases and Warranty Information

9. Can I trade-in my used car and use the trade-in value toward this purchase?

Yes. You are more than welcome to trade-in your current vehicle and apply its value to your Volvo purchase.

10. Can I lease a vehicle through this promotion?

Yes. You may lease a vehicle during this promotion. The same savings will apply.

11. Will I receive a full factory warranty?

Yes, you will receive Volvo’s Safe & Secure full factory warranty.

Costco Cash Cards

12. What do I have to do to receive a $500 Costco Cash Card?

To receive your Costco Cash Card, complete these three steps:

  1. Purchase a new 2011 Volvo XC60 or XC90 during the Volvo Limited-Time Offer.
  2. Complete and submit a Redemption Form to the Costco Auto Program by January 31, 2011.
  3. Complete a Costco Auto Program Satisfaction Survey after purchase.

13. How long will it take to receive my $500 Costco Cash Card once I've purchased the vehicle, submitted the Redemption Form and completed my survey?

After all of those steps are completed, you will receive your Costco Cash Card in 6 to 8 weeks.

14. Does the Costco Auto Program Satisfaction Survey have to be completed in order to qualify for the Costco Cash Card?

Yes.

15. Who is responsible for administering the Costco Auto Program Satisfaction Survey?

The Costco Auto Program will administer all Costco Auto Program Surveys. You will be contacted by phone to complete your survey. If it’s more convenient, you may call us at 888-548-7227.

16. Where can I find my Redemption Form?

Simply follow this link to download a PDF of your Redemption Form. Be sure to submit it to the Costco Auto Program by

17. Can the $50 Executive Member gift certificate be combined with the $500 Costco Cash Card offer available during the Volvo Limited-Time Offer?

No, the $50 Executive Member gift certificate is exempt from this offer. As well, the $500 Costco Cash Card cannot be combined with any other offer.
