Promotional Rules

1. To be eligible to participate in the Volvo Limited-Time Offer, you must be a current Costco member by October 31, 2010.
2. You must be registered with the Costco Auto Program before purchasing a vehicle. To register and locate a participating Volvo dealership, click here or call 1-877-746-7422. Local Volvo dealer participation may vary.
3. You must purchase a new 2011 Volvo XC60 or XC90 between November 2, 2010, and January 3, 2011, to qualify for this event’s promotional pricing and Costco Cash Card offer.
4. Redemption Forms must be submitted to the Costco Auto Program by January 31, 2011. A Redemption Form will be e-mailed to you, or you can download your own form here. (You will need Acrobat Reader to view this file.) Please allow three business days for processing.
5. To receive your $500 Costco Cash Card, you must submit a Redemption Form and complete a Costco Auto Program Satisfaction Survey after purchase. All surveys must be administered by the Costco Auto Program to be eligible for the Cash Card.
   
   Costco Cash Cards will be mailed to the address you provided to the Costco Auto Program. Please allow 6-8 weeks
   for delivery.
6. Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer. $50 Executive Member Gift Certificate is exempt from this offer.
7. No overseas delivery permitted.
8. The Volvo Limited-Time Offer ends January 3, 2011, and is subject to change without notice.

(3) Submit a Redemption Form after purchase and complete a Costco Auto Program Member Satisfaction Survey to receive the Costco Cash Card by mail. Costco and its affiliates do not sell automobiles or negotiate individual transactions. Tax, title and license fees are not included in the prearranged price. Pre-owned vehicles are excluded from this offer; however, retired demos and courtesy vehicles, subject to dealer availability, are eligible. Factory orders are eligible; buyer’s order and deposit must be completed by June 15, 2012. Offer not available in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or Mexico. VIP Program purchases are excluded from this promotion.
